Pre deployment Training
On site Training
This training is conducted at the time of Recruitment of Personnel even if they are experienced to make them aware of the quality of work required in various sites.
Pre deployment Training:
This is based on the specific requirement of each new site where the manpower has to be deployed.
On site Training:
This training is provided at site to prevent casualness which may set in amongst the staff. This is done Bi Monthly.
